The sun was already stating to descent when John and Grace hopped on a water taxi at Bocas del Torro. They had just arrived by plane from Panama City.
The boat made way over the blue waters from Bocas to Bastimentos where, at Red Frog Marina, they would meet 'their' yacht for a romantic get away.
The water they crossed was flanked at both sides by beautiful mangroves. Let's not forget to take a tour around them John said.
In front of them the Marina already showed its shape. Red Frog Marina is nicely tucked away in a cove surrounded by mangroves and palm trees.
The taxi reduced speed and gently moved along side the dock of the marina.
Hi there, was the greeting from Christine the chef-stewardess of Domicil, welcome at Red Frog!
Together they walked over the dock to the yacht that would be their home for the next couple of days.
Domicil is docked on a so called T-head, meaning that one side of the yacht is tied up along the head of the T and the other side of the yacht has a complete free view over the water.
'Wow' is the most common word used by guests when they step aboard the yacht, and indeed the sheer magnitude of the ship and the masts can be a little overwhelming.
Christine takes them on a quick tour over the deck showing them the main features and the views over the water. One can feel the excitement with the guests growing: they are now aboard 'their' yacht and a sense of adventure captures them.
Back at the aft deck,  a table is set with inviting glasses and a cooler with champagne.
John and Grace sit back in the chairs as Christine pours the champagne.
Even before the glasses are filled question of crossing the ocean and sailing away in the pacific cross the table. It makes Christine smile. This feeling of adventure is brought out every time guests stay aboard.
The couple toast their glasses as they watch the sun descending behind the mangroves, setting the sky in warm colors from red to purple into the dark blue of the night.

Time for the grand tour inside. Christine leads her guests through the yacht and again 'wow' is the most used word. I can't believe this is our yacht for this week says Grace. And indeed, it will be 'their' exclusive yacht experience as Domicil only caters for one couple at a time. Absolute privacy.
The master suite in the aft ship is the highlight of the tour. Christine has decorated the bed with 'kissing swans' made up from towels and added fresh flower leaves.
The soft light brings out the warm colors of the wood and when looking through the port holes they can already see the moonlight twinkling in the water.
This is the most romantic setting ever! says Grace.
